Ashley H. 03/09/2018 Purchased a used car that was previously owned by someone with a dog. The previous owner cleaned out 80% of the hair, but there was some left over. Ended up bringing to Ramirez Mobile Detailing to get it detailed and got the July WAD. Brought the car in without an appointment after a message it would be ok to do this from the Manager on Friday. I received the car back with the hair still remaining. Told the attendant while picking up, who did try to vacuum it up, but really made no progress and I had to leave to drive to the Cape for the weekend. Guess I was hoping the $100 detail and wash would be able to clean more than I was able to, but came up with less than stellar results. I am not sure if this was because they were too busy to devote the time on my car (again didn't have an appointment), but would rather have been turned away then receive a car back with a subpar result.
